I AM grateful for this topic, mostly because I enjoy connecting and community and of course, ametrine! I don’t think I realized how much they mean to me. As an extrovert, I get my energy from people and have sorely missed the many meetings and potential connectivity in the last 2-3 years. However, I will say that the significant fracture in my calendar has had a profound effect, almost to the point of changing my whole worldview. I AM grateful that this is now in my awareness and that this topic has highlighted my current state of being and motivation.

There are so many fabulous crystals & stones for grounding. I’ll start by saying anything black usually displays some grounding qualities. I wear a lot of black clothes, it’s my infinite go-to color, and, IMHO – it looks good with everything. However/and, personally I prefer Labradorite as my main piece of jewelry for its ability to ground my spiritual energies into my physical body.

What I love about Topaz is all the glorious colors. Many think of just the golden orange of Avon : ) but Topaz also comes in blue, brown, clear, red-pink and green.

“Being Present.” What that means to me is: Listening, to myself & others. Awareness of feelings and physical circumstances. Grounded, feeling connected. Calm, emotionally secure. Centered, knowing that I matter and that I can trust my knowingness. Open, to signals and triggers.

Your energy is yours, yes you can let it flow freely through you but there may be times when others, knowingly or not, try to siphon your energy. It’s good to avoid this happening. I try to ‘just be,’ with my heart open and be free with my loving energy. I also try to make sure this is under my direction and that I’m shielded when necessary.
