The first thing that popped into my head from this month’s topic was self-care, self-love and ‘you matter.’ All topics covered before however, because of our conditioning, I can see that one would have to recognize the idea that we have unique needs before we can even begin to look at these other themes. We’re all here on purpose, to be. That’s it, to be, in this world being who we are. All else is programming and ego/fear. And believe me when I say I KNOW!

The number 10 is a number symbolizing fulfillment and victory, while cups are connected to the heart. This is the happily ever after type of tarot card. Joy, contentment, love, peace of mind, and an overall sense of purpose and well-being can be found here.

Self-reflection has naturally led me to more self-awareness and self-knowledge, understanding of self-sabotage, and gaining some measure of self-control. This journey has also led me to more of my true self, the real me if you like. What I call this is embracing my personal power which lies solely in the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura – Yellow).

The Knight of Cups is the card of idealism, charm, charisma, romance, and diplomacy. The card shows a knight riding on a white horse. He holds out a cup as an emotional offering, perhaps as a truce. His message comes from his heart. He moves gracefully forward, neither charging nor holding back.

Many of us also bury our emotions based on old belief systems that have been ingrained in us. As a result, unprocessed emotions can get stuffed away.
