Astrology has become one of my biggest loves in learning. It ties me back to my roots, when my grandfather would take me to the field on my family’s farm and show me the constellations in the night sky. I learned more about the stars and planets, and their direct impact on my life, when my parents had my birth chart done.
Spaces, like people, have energetic bodies, and they carry the force of their experiences with them. From the energy of the people who have inhabited or worked in them, to the evolution of the land they sit on, buildings remember it all.
Just before a tornado you might experience a calm, but as it nears, your eyes are opened to the unimaginable chaos gouging a path in the land it crosses, destroying everything that has the misfortune to be in the cross-hairs. You can see pieces and parts of a home, cars, trees, maybe an occasional animal swirling around with their own stories to tell as they make their journey to a new use or decay depending on the extent of the destruction.
