Shamans are the caretakers, the guardians, the stewards of Mother Earth. They are aware of our symbiotic relationship with the planet, and they see humans as miniature versions of Her. So, they draw on the earth’s power to help them during healings, which cover all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Every month over the last year, when I looked at the energy for the next 30 days, I thought, “It can’t keep ramping up – at some point, it has to break, right?” Looking back, I can see that the ever-increasing intensity was leading us somewhere: to a global awakening disguised as a global pandemic.
Types of shamanism include Native American shamanism, Reiki shamanism, Hawaiian shamanism, core (or universal) shamanism – just to name a few.
