Stones for Finding Comfort and Solace
How to find comfort and solace when things seem so topsy-turvy, out of balance, possibly frightening? Adulting can be challenging if you don’t have your center – truly grounded and connected. Meditation is the daily practice I call upon; quiet time for me to be in contact with my Guides, Guardians and Angelic Team. Helps me to be at peace, in my heart space, and in compassion for my fellow humans. Confirms I Am love, I AM light, I AM connected to Gaia. Feeling & being immersed in that warm loving energy starts my day the way I want to stay.
Maintaining that mental & spiritual state/place throughout my day requires a whole other level of awareness! Auto pilot just allows my old programs and fears to start running. Enter my stones and crystals…These two are my everyday companions;
Labradorite – Prepares body & soul for ascension. Protective stone raises consciousness & deflects unwanted energies. Helps banish fears & insecurities strengthening trust in universe. The piece I wear every day was a precious gift from a dear friend.
Rhodonite – Emotional balancer, encourages love, grounds energy, balances yin-yang, resonates with forgiveness. My other very dear friend bought me a heart shaped piece – I sit with it on my heart every morning.
