Kadovitz, (put her credentials here) These resources are intended for personal growth, development, and educational purposes only.
It is imperative to acknowledge that the information and guidance offered through the EOS program are not substitutes for professional counseling, therapy, or medical diagnosis. Carolyn A. Jones and Jana Kadovitz are not licensed medical practitioners, therapists, counselors, or psychologists, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participants in the EOS program agree to take full responsibility for their own well-being and decisions. While Carolyn and Jana may offer motivation, guidance, and support, the results achieved are dependent on the individual’s efforts and commitment to the process. Participants are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and discretion in implementing suggestions or exercises provided during coaching sessions.
Any actions taken based on the information provided within the EOS program are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Carolyn A. Jones and Jana Kadovitz along with any associated parties shall not be held liable or accountable for any consequences arising from such actions or decisions made by participants.
By engaging in the EOS program, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. It is recommended that individuals seeking medical or psychological assistance consult with a licensed professional appropriate for their need.
EOS™ Intellectual Property Protection and Confidentiality Agreement
All materials and information provided to you as part of the EOS program are deemed confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company. These resources are intended for your authorized use only, as directed by the Company. Any reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials by unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
By participating in the EOS program, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared with you, refraining from disclosing such information to any other person or utilizing it in any manner beyond the scope of discussions within EOS program sessions.
Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree not to infringe upon any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights belonging to either fellow Program participants or the Company. Any confidential information exchanged among Program participants or representatives of the Company is to be treated as private and proprietary, and is the exclusive property of the Company or the participant who shared it.
EOS™ Payment Agreement
By enrolling in the 8-month Online Coach Training Program, you acknowledge your responsibility for complete payment of fees, irrespective of your attendance or completion status. This applies regardless of your chosen payment method, whether in full or through monthly installments, Please note that refunds will NOT be granted.
Reiki Community Guidelines
We are a community of light dedicated to serving humanity by healing ourselves first by doing our inner work. To be a member of this community it is important that you understand and abide by the community guidelines. These include but are not limited to, walking in truth and integrity, taking full responsibility for our own actions. We do not condone, consent to, nor permit; discrimination, personal attacks, or illegal activities The Holistic Institute of Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove members from our community if these guidelines are not upheld.
Workshops
We keep our classes small so that we can offer our students personal instruction. As a result of our limited seating, cancellations have a large impact and we ask for and appreciate your understanding.
Deposits
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for ALL classes.
In the event you are unable to attend the class, your deposit may be transferred to the next available class, ONE time only *.
If you elect to pay the full class fee in advance, this will be considered as and treated the same way as a deposit with the same guidelines applied.
Cancellation
In the event you are unable to attend class AND full fees are due: With 48 hours notice, or more – see Deposits above.
With less than 48 hours notice class fees will be invoiced IN FULL.
Reiki III (Mastership) – To cancel your attendance for Reiki III, please provide 30 days written notice in advance of class start date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of class start date the full class fee will be invoiced.

If you must leave a class part way through and cannot return, all fees are nonrefundable; however, you may talk with an instructor about making up the class. This decision will be made at their discretion and does not guarantee that you will be offered a make up class.

Nonsmoking
Our classes and all buildings are nonsmoking. We ask that you refrain from smoking for the FULL duration of a class: This includes all breaks, meals and, if taking a retreat style class, overnight.
If you are a smoker we ask that you make alternate plans for the duration of a class. This is a zero-tolerance policy. If you come to class smelling like smoke, or we see you smoking during any part of a program, we will ask you to leave with a forfeit of all fees.
Cancellation by HIW
While we try to avoid it at all costs, however, we reserve the right to cancel classes and workshops. If this should be necessary, we will apply your registration fees toward another class/workshop. We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred.
We do recommend that you obtain your legal Minister Ordination and Physio/Spiritual Certificate for spiritual healing to protect your rights through The Universal Light (TUL) TheUniversalLight.com.
